Classroom or Virtual Workshop (12 hours)
A transformative experience, backed by science and practice.

Monitoring and Sustainability

Two virtual coaching sessions ensure that what has been learned is integrated and maintained over time:
- Session 1 (day 15): HRV metrics review, reflection spaces and new guided practice.
- Session 2 (day 30): reinforcement of tools, resolution of doubts and strategies for long-term integration.
In addition, participants are offered the option to join our Empowerment Community, a space for sharing progress, inspiration and ongoing monthly practices.
