Context
In the midst of a highly demanding environment, Southern Peru, one of the leading mining companies in Latin America, faced the challenge of taking care not only of productivity, but also of the real well-being of its people. The Director of Operations had a clear vision: he wanted his employees not only to perform better... but also to live better.
Solution
To achieve this, the program "Change Your Mind, Create New Results" was implemented, based on neuroscience, meditation and emotional coherence.
This workshop was not just a training. It was an invitation for each person to learn to regulate their nervous system, connect with their purpose and transform their way of thinking, acting and feeling.
