What is Golf and Flow?
Golf and Flow is an experiential workshop that combines the art of golf with the science of emotional performance. Here you not only perfect your swing: you learn to master your inner state, silence the critical mind and enter that space where everything flows - the flow state.
Because the game starts with mental strategy, but it is won with presence, consistency and heart.
What will you experience?
You will learn to recognize when you are in the "Thinking Box" and how to release it to move into the "Playing Box," where the body takes over and intuition guides the game.
Through practices on and off the field, you will cultivate focus, emotional self-regulation and deep connection with your body, mind and the present moment.

What format do we offer?
- Face-to-face workshop, with a minimum of 8 hours of instruction, adaptable to half or full day.
- For beginners or inexperienced amateurs, an additional block of practice (extra half day) is recommended, which includes an introduction to basic technique: how to grip the golf club, posture, alignment and swing dynamics.
- Facilitated by Connie Capanegra, LPGA, along with experts in personal development and mindset.
- Adaptable to private events, corporate experiences, local or international retreats
- Available in urban golf courses, private clubs or natural settings
